✅ Basic Qualifications (Class A CDL Roles)
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6–12 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
(CDL school certificate accepted if under 1 year) - No license suspensions in the past 3 years (per 49 CFR 391.15 / 383.51)
- No more than 2 preventable accidents, 2 moving violations, or 1 of each in the past 2 years
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, plus DHL road test, written exam, and skills assessment
